<p>Proteine sojowa zalewamy goraca woda i przykrywamy.</p>
<p>Na odrobinie oliwy dusimy wszystkie warzywa i nasiaknieta proteine, oczywiscie wczesniej wszystkie skladniki kroimy na kawalki. Po kilku minutach dodajemy lyzke maki( najlepiej ciemnej) i wszystko mieszamy. Zalewamy woda tak aby pokryc skladniki, dodajemy  przyprawy. Calosc dusimy kilknascie min.</p>
<p>U mnie z brazowym makaronem, ale doskonale nadaje sie np. brazowy ryz lub quinoa.</p>
