<p>Do miski wsypujemy platki owsiane, orzechy i nasiona i dolewamy zmiksowana mase i dobrze mieszamy. Wykladamy zawartosc miski do naczynia zaroodpornego i pieczemy w 350F okolo1 godz, czesto mieszajac.</p>
<p>Podajemy z mekiem roslinnym i owocami.</p>
